Camera Bag Workshop

Fancy a challenge? Spend the day creating your own stylish and versatile leather Camera Bag.

Working from my designed templates, you'll learn how to construct the bag from start to finish, including how to insert a zip. For those with previous leather sewing experience, there is also the option to add piping and a front pocket for an extra level of detail. As well as making the bag itself, you'll have the opportunity to create a matching strap. Depending on time and your preferred style, this can be plain, painted, or piped.

All sewing is carried out on my industrial sewing machines. Don't worry if you've never used one before — we'll begin with practice time to help you gain confidence before starting work on your bag. All materials are included, and you can personalise your design by choosing from a range of leather and suede lining colours. The bag is made using high-quality chrome-tanned leather, which offers the flexibility and durability needed for this style, as well as a wide choice of beautiful colours. By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a professionally finished leather bag that's both practical and uniquely yours.

PLEASE NOTE THIS WORKSHOP IS MORE SUITED TO THOSE WITH SOME SEWING EXPERIENCE.

Materials, tools, and colours provided. Tea and coffee included—just bring a packed lunch.
